Over the years we tend to neglect our posture, we develop bad habits at the expense of the state of our joints and the shape of our muscular chain. It is essential to review this base, to become aware of one’s posture. For some of us it is difficult to move our body properly, the most benign "precise" movements become a real challenge.
Stability is a general term that includes coordination, flexibility, mobility, balance and muscular growth. All of these skills improve as you progress in your workout, so at each session I work to build on each of these factors, one at a time or all at the same time for optimal progression. The goal is to practise more and more complex exercises to maximize the body while improving well-being.

The other particularity of my training is to take the time to monitor your food balance. At each lesson, we take stock of your diet. The goal being, from week to week to integrate good eating habits and get rid of bad habits.
The diet is determined by your goal, your pace of life and your motivation. The goal is not just dietetic, but also focus on cooking, organization and preparation of meals, the origin of food, ethics, sharing and pleasure! This last word is perhaps the most important, simply because pleasure brings satisfaction and progress.
Bringing together two inseparable aspects that are food and sport, is a very fashionable subject today and clearly defines the determining criteria of your health and silhouette.
